justjoeas check if the CPU frequency is downclocking in Windows Task Manager.
- Run the game in windowed mode (alt + enter)
- Open Task Manager (alt + ctrl + del)
- Open the Performance tab, then right-click on the CPU graph and choose "Change graph to > Logical processors".
- Set Task Manager to 'always on top' by clicking option
Now you can play the game and monitor the CPU speed while playing the game. Is it dropping below 4GHz?
Also check if the CPU RAM is in single channel mode or dual channel mode with CPU-Z. Dual channel mode offers better performance.
What about for a R5 5600G and a RTX 3060? I have been troubleshooting for hours, and I am over 60 FPS as far as the graph shows, yet the Time Nudge persists. Community servers work amazing and feel crisp and smooth. The beta ran flawlessly..can you help and will an update be released to fix this? Several people are having this issue. Thank you.
I tried your test above and my cpu was consistently at 4.10 Ghz,

NobleConsul please post a screenshot with the network performance graph on-screen.

See screenshot. To preface this, the community servers work good at high settings. I have monitored temps and they are fine. The cpu does not downclock under 4 during gaming. I have tried everything.

How can I not run this game when the settings are all on low, and upscaling is at the lowest spec possible (FSR with dynamic scale of 50). Yes, it looks absolutely terrible, and i still cannot play the game. I know I do not have the beefiest computer but I am at a loss. Community servers work fine, so I KNOW I can run this game well. The beta was absolutely flawless and perfect. Please help with this issue, it is very upsetting that I cannot play official servers with my friends. I do not know what to do anymore with this issue.

NobleConsul thank you for posting the screenshot.
The blue client frame time (CFT) line is rising up to 20ms at times. Which will cause the framerate to dip below 60fps and cause time nudge (TN) to spike.
The blue line in the LAT/ALAT graph is the time nudge (TN) line. Notice how the TN line mirrors the CFT line. If the CFT line goes up, so does the TN line. This is due to framerate drops below 60fps causing TN to spike.
The reason TN doesn't spike in community servers is you only need a framerate of 30fps for community servers. Official servers need a 60fps framerate.
I wrote a post explaining what time nudge (TN) is.

Framerate drops below 60fps are usually caused by CPU performance issues. To verify, type the command below into the BF6 command console and post a screenshot when time nudge (TN) is a high number. This graph shows CPU and GPU performance.
