Skyice2k the video helped greatly with seeing what's happening.
The CPU time is rapidly fluctuating between 7ms and 27ms. I'm not sure why that's happening. It's like the CPU is overheating or running out of system RAM
How much system RAM is there?
What's the CPU temperature and motherboard voltage regulator module (VRM) temperature?
You can check everything with HWiNFO.
Sometimes VRM is called VR loop, VR MOS, or VR VCC temperature.
