If Intel 13. or 14. Gen -> Update BIOS to last version to get newest Intel microcode. If that does not solve the problem lower cpu core ratio multiplier to 40 and test. if its stable go step by step up until it starts crashing again.

BIOS was updated as indicated in my post. Tried lowering the CPU core ratio with no luck.

  With updated BIOS and lowered CPU Core Ratio i dont know what to suggest next. You can add a DXDiag for EA Staff to collect as inforamtion.
