Hi EA Support,

I’m having an issue with Battlefield 6. Once I select a game mode, the screen goes completely black. I can still hear sound in the background, but I can’t see or play anything — it just stays stuck on a black screen. I’ve already tried restarting the game and my system, but the problem continues.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi mate,

I am facing the same issue on xbox console as well. Looks like its not a isolated issue then.
