I haven't been able topen the game at all since release. I just get the splash screen open and then it closes after the green bar has loaded and then it opens the EA app again and game doesn't launch. I feel like I've tried everything and spent 10 hours troubleshooting it. I never get any error messages, it's not on my end.
I know a lot of other people with the same problem. Is there any help for this? Is the dev team aware that this is an issue? If they are can we get an update?
