Black screen when joining multiplayer match

Self explanatory, but happens in random intervals. Whenever I join a new match from the menu, it goes to a black screen for an indefinite amount of time. I've closed all background apps, repaired the game, reinstalled graphics drivers, turned off motion smoothing in NVIDIA, restarted my pc, etc. I also have both the game and Anticheat running as admin. I can only get it to work when doing all the above a random amount of times. Super frustrating that I cant even play the game.
