Blocked but no reason why?

Can someone please tell me why I am blocked with no end date and this is not the first time this has happened. No one ever seems to get back to me or read my tickets. I get no email notifications but everything is correct on my account. I’ve been blocked 4 different times all for different time periods but no violations. My account shows no history of any of the blocks and I can never appeal something that EA does not show. I only ever get blocked on days I don’t play and I come back to no access and this time seems to be no end in sight nor will anyone respond. I need help!
