I have the same problem. I’m pretty sure the only coins I did receive were the free (300?) coins everyone receives. I am still 600 coins short, because I did not finish the bp.

Good day i bought the battle pass on the 8th of May after completing all the tiers I didn't receive anything and everything is locked even the coins. I hope this can be resolved before the new s3 drops. I've done everything as suggested what must we do?

Hello,
I am experiencing the exact same issue.
I purchased the Battlefield 6 REDSEC Battle Pass, the payment went through successfully, but I still have not received any skins or instant unlock rewards.
Could you please confirm that my account is also affected by this issue and that the missing rewards will be restored once the problem is fixed?

Same here. I bought the Battlepass after completing all tiers, however any reward (skins and coins) were unlocked.

I received some rewards from the battlepass but I am missing 300 battlefield coins. So I cannot purchase the S3 battlepass.

Having the same problems here as well. Redeemed Pro yesterday, everything shows the Green Check mark from the tiers progressions, but they still show locked on all the loadout screens. Have tried all the recommended steps.

Having the same issue. Bought the battle pass after completing all tiers and nothing unlocked. I've gone through all the steps and waited more than 24 hours. This isn't an isolated case, how many of us have to complain before our concerns are validated?

I have had this problem for a month and EA support does nothing to fix it. I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. EA are scammers
So, I take it I'm not getting any help? You just took my $25 and that's the whole point of BF PRO?
This is clearly not a problem that can be fixed on my end. Rather, it's more likely to be on yours, in the database.
Of course, I tried everything: restarted the game, Steam, my computer. It'll soon be 24 hours since I bought BF Pro, and I still haven't received my rewards.
Here's one example. But the most important thing is that I didn't get any coins. I need them to buy the next pass.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you’ve been running into this, and thanks to everyone for the feedback.
Before anything else, have you already tried a full restart first, including completely closing the game, signing out of the platform account, signing back in, and then completing a match before checking again?
If the rewards and Coins still don’t show up after that, please let us know.
