Hey folks, we’ve had a fix that should help address this. Please log in before May 12 at 08:00 UTC to receive your missing rewards.

If you don’t log in before then, the rewards should be deployed during the week of May 18 instead.

If you’re still running into any issues after that, please let us know. Thanks!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you’ve been running into this, and thanks to everyone for the feedback.

Before anything else, have you already tried a full restart first, including completely closing the game, signing out of the platform account, signing back in, and then completing a match before checking again?

If the rewards and Coins still don’t show up after that, please let us know.

Having the same issue. Bought the battle pass after completing all tiers and nothing unlocked. I've gone through all the steps and waited more than 24 hours. This isn't an isolated case, how many of us have to complain before our concerns are validated?
