5 months agoHey Sturgeon have you spoken with Xbox support about this to ensure that the purchase went through and was for the Phantom version.
As for the Gamertag, this has nothing to do with EA and is something that you would need to discuss with Xbox support.

No, I haven't contacted XBOX directly yet. Im pretty sure I need to get into my Microsoft account for that and I tried many times in the past and I am unable to (forgot password, and I have a new phone number and email now). Can I contact Xbox directly without having to get into my Microsoft account ?
