BP S1 GLITCHED BATTLECOINS

Question

Well, EA has the absolute worst AI trash customer service with no powers or abilities to fix anything. Even a simple thing like crediting an account missing imaginary in game currency like battle coins.

Long story short I completed Battlefield 6 Season 1 Battle Pass Pro, All Paths, everything. Weeks before the end of Season 1. About three weeks prior to be exact. Well, instead of getting 1100 battle coins which would allow me to participate in S2 basically for FREE, the game glitched and shorted me 300 coins, only ever received 800. Well, I reported this weeks ago. Literally three weeks prior to least S2, as I wanted it fixed before. Now like a dozen reports and support tickets logged later. At this point I am calling my CC tmw when they open to reverse charge back on the entire game. You suck EA. Honestly.

I honestly give up on receiving any form of customer service or the content/services I paid premium money for and preordered. What a stupid move on my part.

Anyways, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!! they do not care in the slightest to steal from players. Didn't wanna be done with the game but things like this just make me quit and give up on the game entirely. They wonder why player counts are plummeting. Time to check out Arc Raiders and just play BF4, if I want real BF experience.

I purchased season 2 battle pass.&nbsp; I finshed sections on it with battle pass coins and its not giving me the items or the skins I have earned.&nbsp; Like i finished steel talons and didnt recieve the last two item but im already on the next active section woodland rangers and have finished 4 items with battle pass points.&nbsp; I have open a case with ea once with picures and reciept and response was not fixable.&nbsp; filed again now its open.&nbsp; I just think they want to take your money.&nbsp; Why play for items you wont get.

Im not done with season 2 battle pass but looks like that ahve completed sections but skipped one and went another even when the one before is completed&nbsp;
