Bundle Purchase Unavailable

I purchased the Strix bundle (Great job btw!) however it is still locked.  I have proof of purchase.  This has not happened before when I purchased content.  Is this a common issue when purchasing the strix bundle? 

I would appreciate a response within 24hr so I can refund my purchase through steam if necessary.
