Button Remapping Broken

I have the premium edition of Battlefield 6 on Playstation 5. When I go into the options menu for my Playstation 5 controller and try to set bindings for helicopter controls… Nothing changes. I tried to put the throttle up to the right trigger, rockets to R1, throttle down to the left trigger and the helicopter zoom to the left bumper. Nothing at all changed all night last night. Then I turned on the game tonight and the controls were alien. Throttle up and down were correctly mapped to the triggers, but the rockets and zoom were mapped to the same triggers. 

Now it’s completely unplayable. I can’t figure this out and my last forum post was completely ignored as well. I’m angry and I’m frustrated; I paid $100 for this mess and I can’t even use the options menu.
