Can’t Connect to Servers Since Red Sec Update: Xbox Series S

Same here just stuck with this.. frustrating!

One of my sons is having the same issue but the other isn’t. It’s the weirdest thing. Idk what to do to fix it and they just got the game for Christmas. What should I do?

Same here man. I was playing Redsec pretty okay past 1 week and been planning on buying BF6 main game soon. But suddenly error code and retry ! If this is the sign, I ain't buying! Cuz I played all the BFs. Why now we are facing this? Any solution please? 

Think there are a few people on the same boat including me..! Bought the phantom edition at launch. Worked perfectly fine. Managed to play online with my friends etc but when the update came out on Tuesday I was hit with an error message trying to connect to the online servers..! Not good EA..!! Spent quite a bit of money for a game that I can’t even access anymore.. frustrating.

Same issue here.
My 14-years old son can't connect and get an error at startup screen since the update (Xbox Series)
On my side, with my account, it still works.

When trying to login to his ea account on the ea website, it fails as well without any single message (mine works well, again)

I suspect children account having issues, being malformed or anything (new parental authorization required in the xbox account setup ? new age policy due to the new content ? etc...)

EA, please bring us some information.....

That’s unfortunate. Really frustrating. Been reading around and not hearing much about this at all. Not even listed as one of the known issues as far as I can tell. Hopefully we get a fix soon. Thanks! 

Same but on ps5 except I get no error code just a black screen then main menu.
