Can Play the game on PC

I play normallyl on PS5 (Snake00085). Today I installed the game via the EA PC app and installed it logged in with my Playsation username and I launched it to encounter the following error:

"An EA account maybe restricted from accessing online features."

My account is not banned, I do not see any emails from ea, what gives? please advise..

PS when I say I logged in with my Playstation account that is the SSO I used for my EA account. I am currently playing on the PS5 as I post this but cannot launche the game on PC I am trying to play REDSEC on PC.
