Cannot join any portal server

HinkHall73 looks like it might be a port forwarding issue.
You can also try a Cloudflare Warp VPN for free and see if that helps.
Not disparaging you, but their help article. Forwarding ports 80 and 443 is a security risk as those are standard HTTP/HTTPS ports
53 is DNS and forwarding that makes my network appear as to be hosting a DNS server
