I'm having the exact same problem, except I've never been able to play. And I hate that there is no specific person to contact about this stuff. Its either EA, or Steam. The one time I contacted EA I was asking about if I could play MW2 on my PC (Lots of people were complaining they bought it on steam to play, then it was crashing) and they told me "buy it and find out". Like, no.
