Cant access Training mode, at level 13

So, just happened this morning ... i can  no longer access any training modes, it only gives options to "B - Dismiss" ... its soo frustating , as there doesnt seem to be an explanation or hint as to how you can get them back or if access is denied after a certain level (if so, a pop up should state it)  - on XBOX X - only had the game a couple of days and been happy to "train" . I have tried installing again but no joy
