Can't even connect to a game

So just bought BF6 on Steam. I try connecting to any multiplayer game on here, but it keeps giving me this message. I can't even join a single multiplayer game. What gives?

I paid $70 for this on Steam and I am lowkey thinking about getting a refund this is ridiculous. 

If anyone can provide a solution it would be greatly appreciated!
