Can't even log into the game

Hello,

I play on a PS5 and I haven't been able to log into the game all day.

I've reset my router.

I've restarted my playstation.

I've tried connecting with different networks.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I was playing it this morning and while in the menus it came up with an error and it's all I get now and can't even get past the title screen. I've tried putting in tickets about this but your website seems to delete them whenever I hit submit. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS!
