Missing Season 2 BattlePass - Phantom Edition

Hello,&nbsp;I am writing regarding a missing content issue in Battlefield 6. I purchased the Phantom Edition on August 6, 2025 (pre-order).&nbsp;During the EA App launch outage in October 2025, EA officially announced that Phantom Edition owners would receive the Season 2 Battle Pass for free as compensation, since our edition already included Season 1.&nbsp;My Data:&nbsp;Game: Battlefield 6Order ID: 1005161437898Edition: Phantom EditionCase ID: 239600003 (Previously handled by agents Mayank and Vedang)&nbsp;Although I received the XP boosters, the Season 2 Battle Pass is still locked in my game. Support confirmed my purchase but sent me here to get this entitlement resolved manually.&nbsp;Thank you.

Exactly.This doesn't solve our core issue:&nbsp;they REFUSE to give the Season 2 Battle Pass compensation despite clear eligibility (Phantom Edition + EA App outage).

Same here - i didnt get my season 2 battlepass despite i have bought phantomedition - support not helping and ea just straight up lying to us is insane - i am never buying ea games again&nbsp;

I saw it, it's incredible how many people were affected. Lesson learned: never again EA Apps, always Steam.
