Can't launch the game - stuck in connection screen

SupreamAkira​ Gotcha. So I launched mine through the EA app, and it did the same thing. Then I just ran a repair, and it worked. However, that was the EA app, so in theory, Steam would work the same. You said you already uninstalled it, so a repair may not do much.

If you have the game installed, I would try this. I know it is a pain, but when it closes like that, something is stopping it.

Uninstall the game, and delete all BF folders on your PC.
Uninstall the AC, and ALL folders associated with it.

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, and go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything, it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

Reinstall the game first.
Make sure the game and Steam are on the same drive.
This will install AC and everything else and reset it to default. If something stops it, and closes it, check your task manager to see if the game is running.

You could just bypass all of that, and uninstall AC, verify the integrity of the files, launch it again, and have it reinstall AC. Different steps are resolving it for different folks, so it isn't that straightforward like we would like it to be.

That didn’t work either. I did it step by step, but I don’t have the EA app since I bought the game through steam so the rest of the steps don’t work for me

Did you run the EAAntiCheat.Installer?

Can you go to C:\Program Files\EA\AC
Then run the file as admin, and then run the repair?

If it does not work, uninstall it and run the EAAntiCheat.GameService as admin, then the repair as admin. You can follow the steps Here

It still doesn’t work for me where the splash screen just minimizes and closes out

So I tried your steps and still doing the same thing where it opens up and the minimizes and closes. I’ve also closed and uninstalled any programs that “might” be interfering with anticheat but I still get the same results. With the temp docs I just renamed the entire folder so that bf would have to redownload it cleanly. No results however. Glad it worked for you though!

I found the solution for my problem: 

I download the program to read debugs from BF6 in the past documents “mdmp “ the program i download was created by microsoft so o put this arquive and read then, after o put the result on chatgpt . 

my problem was: “amd_fidelityfx_framegeneration_dx12.dlla”

“mdxc64.dll”

SO I tried to:

delete all profilesave from BF from documents/BF6/temp

On radeon software i deactived : 

Upscaling do AMD FSR

Radeon Anti-Lag

Radeon Super Resolution

On the Radeon driver changed Global EXP to standard.

after my problem was solved.

I'm having the same problem. I tried updating the anti-cheat, reinstalling, verifying game files, closing any background programs (Logitech, HyperX Keyboard app) and adding permissions to the Windows antivirus. None of it solved the problem. I played normally last night.

Having the same issue after after June 22 update. EA please provide some feedback

hey shep, how about you jump over and help salmon manage the community? half of the community is UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME because of the most recent update. we are not tech savvy and have not intention of digging around game files because you guys released a half baked update.
