Can't play campaign and it doesn't show up in my EA account

I've had the game since launch and o still cannot run the campaign. It instantly crashes and nothing has fixed it, I'm annoyed I bought this full price to not get some content.

Along with that I bought it through steam and my accounts are linked but I still get told I need to buy it through the EA app. 

This is actually insane this isn't fixed and I'm regretting buying a game I can't get the full experience of, it's been months some release.
