Can't play on Official Servers

I can't click "Conquest" in the menu and load into a server and play. If I try to play on an official server I get constant lag, super choppy frames, and awful hit registration. But I can go to community, browse, and find a server and have absolutely no problems in game. But that's an awful way for me to gain xp and it feels like I'm getting nothing out of it (I went 16-2 just 20 minutes ago on a community server and got maybe 9k xp and zero weapon xp or anything else, it's quite frankly a slap in my face). I want to be able to hop on, be at the menu and click whatever game mode I want, like just clicked "Conquest" under the featured section. I and many others are having this exact same issue, but there has been absolutely nothing confirming our issues/complaints or even acknowledgement of the issues. 

I don't know if it's caused by this whole, time nudge issue. But I'd love some acknowledgement of this issue because I did spend like a hundred dollars on this game AND I even messed with my Bios settings just to play it (Secure boot + TPS), without even a whisper that the servers are going to screw me over like that. I was fine playing community servers, hoping this would get fixed but there's been nothing said about this other than "Hey, we've gotten positive feedback that the server issues are clearing up". When they clearly aren't. Check the steam discussions, there's a thread that's huge still going on about this EXACT issue. 

It makes zero sense that I am able to play on community servers perfectly fine, even if my ping spikes above 100+ but the second that I jump into an official server I can't play because it freeze frames constantly (Still happens when my ping is low like ~60).
