Can't receive code in my email

I have been trying to play bf6 on my ps5 but couldn't because ea don't send code, I have retried many times but don't receive that specific verification code on ps5 but I can receive code to reset my password and all but won't just receive email verification code. If its hard please find another option than keeping someone waiting and helpless
