Cant turn mouse in BF6

Hello,

i cant turn in either direction in game.

in the menus my mouse works fine but ingame i cant turn in either direction, the mouse buttons work fine tho.

Razer Viper V3 Pro

i tried it with and without the hyperspeed dongle  doesnt fix it either.

Help :( i wanna grind with my friends

    in another thread someone posted this and it worked for a few people. 
    "Go to device manager, disable "XBox 360 Controller for Windows" under "XBox 360 Peripherals", reboot."

    however that didn't work for me. i use joysticks for Star citizen and had them plugged into my computer. i unplugged them and it fixed it.
