Hey! That's actually a pretty interesting issue, especially since you've managed to reproduce it using two different accounts on the exact same console.
I did a little research, and there's something worth mentioning.
EA has previously confirmed that REDSEC playlists can vary depending on regional configurations, and there have been multiple reports of players seeing different Battle Royale modes depending on their region.
However, your situation is particularly interesting because both accounts are running on the same Xbox, with the same installation and internet connection.
That certainly makes an account-specific configuration issue a reasonable possibility, although I wouldn't rule out account settings or playlist eligibility just yet.
Before going any further, I'd suggest trying three things:
- Compare the account settings: Check whether both your Xbox profiles and their linked EA accounts have the same country/region and age or family restrictions.
- Test your main account on another Xbox: If Casual Quads is still missing, that would provide much stronger evidence that the problem follows your account rather than your console.
- Try joining through an invitation: Launch Casual Quads using your alternate account, then invite your main account to the party. See whether your main account can actually enter the playlist or if you receive an error.
That last test could be especially useful because it might help determine whether you're dealing with a missing menu tile or an actual account-level restriction preventing access to the mode.
One more thing: I wouldn't recommend unlinking and relinking your EA account again. EA warns that doing so can potentially affect access to progression and purchased content.
If none of these tests work, I'd recommend attaching screenshots of both accounts showing the different playlists, along with the exact date and time of your tests, to your EA support case.
Your investigation is already pretty thorough, and the fact that the issue can be reproduced on the same hardware with different accounts is definitely worth escalating.
Hopefully an EA Community Manager can investigate why the playlist configuration differs between your two profiles.
Let us know what happens if you try these tests. I'm genuinely curious about the results!
