Challenges haven't been tracking for 3 days now...

I'm trying to complete the (deal damage with the incendiary airburst launcher as support) Challenge and it's probably one of the most frustrating things that I've encountered in this game. Words can't describe how much time I've waisted into trying different things to get this to work...
