Clicking on Squad Management or Creating New Squad causes Game Crash

Me and my buddies have experienced multiple game crashes on PC, when clicking ingame ESC > Squad Management. Either it instantly crashes or it works, but crashes when trying to Create a new squad in ...

Confirming this happened twice in a row today when clicking "create new squad". Playing on PC via steam. i79700kf, 3090, 32GB DDR4.
