Cold Snap event soldier skin still unlocked? HELP!!

Hi. I unlocked the skin during the event but I didn't have the battle pass at the time to actually use it. I got the season one pass yesterday and it still shows it as locked. Shouldn't it be available? I can't find a way to contact customer services. Please help. I'm on ps5.
