Completed campaign on PC…new campaign not saving progress

And by the way WA informed me there is no Start New Game in the menu when you want to play the campaign again…they say click on first mission and it will automatically start over. It did, but now it’s not saving progress. When I logged back in no RESUME generated. Anyone having this issue?
