Completed challenges not unlocking items

Whenever you changed the challenge requirements back before season 1 to the class item/weapon unlocks, it auto completed multiple for me. I still dont have the base PSR rifle or the supply pouch item usable for my loadouts, even when the challenges are green checked. I have reinstalled the game on both a base ps5 and a ps5 pro with no changes. Please unlock these two options so i can use them.
