Therefore, I implore you to wait for the investigation to be completed; We hope this issue is resolved as quickly as possible. We ask that you continue to be patient as we do everything we can to resolve this issue. I have shared your account details with our relevant team on this side, which will help our team investigate. From now on, the status of your case will be Solved. If you have any questions about this or any future issue, you can reopen or create a new case. However, I would request you to please load up a dedicated feature mode. When the map loads, the challenges and assignments will correct. Then you can check and see that rewards have been unlocked.
