connecting problems ps5

i have not been able to connect to services for a week now i have tried everything but i keep on getting the same message couldn't connect to server in time please help i want to play

I'm also getting a verify my identity issue,  with a prompt to email tc*****@supere.ml.  I've cleared my cashe and trouble shooted as much as I can on my end.  Issues started with the patch on nov 20.
