Connecting to online services - unknown error. Suddenly happening

 

I CANNOT GET PAST THIS SCREEN!!!!

 

Repaired windows

checked tpm is on

chjecked secure boot is on

update LAN drivers

restarted router

port forwarded a bunch of ports

put my PC into DMZ

reseated RAM

updated BIOS/MEP (asus)

checked NAT type

Every single other game works fine, why is this happening, i have paid for a product and i can randomly no longer use it

    i literally cannot find anyone that can help me with this, every suggestion from other users in Discord has not worked (appreciate their support)

    but i cant find a way to get any proper help, im at a loss and im getting pretty annoyed that i cannot play a game i have paid for

    please can i get some help, i dont know what else to do or where else to go
