Connection error icons, severe lag, rubber-banding every match

I’m unable to play the online portion of the game at all due to how bad the connection is. I have no issues with any other multiplayer game. How do I fix them for Battlefield 6?

Also, how do I actually create a ticket? I make attempts to only to be told to contact an EA Advisor
