I have the exact same issue. I have tried contacting EA but have not received a reply.
Please let me know if you have any ideas..

Reset network settings following the instructions attached.
All wifi networks and passwords will be deleted and need reconnected.

i will ask for a reimbursement, this is absurd i paid for the game and cannot play. Im tired of trying and im able to play other games so i dont think is an issue on my side.

i talked with customer service online, they cannot do anything. its absurd.
i dont understand how people keep buying this game.
