ANTI CHEAT POP UP AFTER UPDATE

Question

Game will not launch.&nbsp; I get the normal "checking for updates" splash screen&nbsp; then nothing. PC will sometimes freeze for about a minute the pop up saying Security Alert The latest version of anti cheat is needed etc etc etc. I have ran the file checker through EA app. I have downloaded the anti cheat installer and tried reparing and uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried running EA app and Game launcher as admin. I have rebooted pc multiple times. Game ran fine as of yesterday then after todays update it will not launch.

When you say - you have downloaded the anti-cheat installer. Isn't it integrated into the game? I don't think I had to download anything extra. Anyway, after the update, my game is much less stable, so it wouldn't surprise me if people had other serious issues like what you're describing.

There is a stand alone installer/uninstaller and repair tool provided by EA. I actually got mine working after using this tool but it took over 4 times. And yes one of the times I used it I let the game auto install the the anti cheat . But it didn't work that time either.

I am having a similar issue. "Your windows version is not supported. Please upgrade to the minimum supported version. For information please see:https://help.ea.com/help/pc/ea-anticheat". This message started popping up out of nowhere. SMH. I never seen a game with so many problems like this one. Its frustrating to say the least.
