Connection Failed

Ive tried everything no matter what i do i get the same error code and ive gone from changing dns servers to power cycling and running the game as an administrator on steam, im on ethernet and my pc definitely didnt have any issues running the game for the 5 minutes that i was actually playing. i tried disconnecting different things, restarting my router, and just straight up deleting and  reinstalling. i dont know what to do anymore and if someone fixed their game with the same error code please help.
