Connection issue
I lost the connection and doesn’t get connected.
I have checked my router and network accessibility and they are great. But still my PlayStation account doesn’t get EA connection.

Since you've already checked your general network, let's try some more specific console-side troubleshooting steps that often resolve this exact issue.
- Check the Power Cycle
- If servers are up, please perform a full power cycle. Unplug your modem, router, and your PlayStation console from the power source for a full 60 seconds before plugging them back in and restarting.
- Change DNS Settings on your PlayStation
- From your PlayStation dashboard, go to Settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection.
- Select your current network, press the Options button, and choose Advanced Settings.
- Change DNS Settings to Manual.
- Enter the following:
- Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
- Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
- Restore Licenses on your PlayStation
This can refresh the connection and entitlement for your game.
- Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other.
- Select Restore Licenses, and then select Restore.
