Connection Issues (TN) & (SFT) on PS5

My TN and SFT are constantly in low teens all the time and every 2-3 mins TN spikes up to high 20s low 30s (29-32) and SFT to high 30s low 40s (38-43) and last for 10-15 seconds. My ping during all this stays stable at 29-30ms.

My current set up is as follows: PS5 connected to router by Ethernet. Router is in access point connected to the modem by Ethernet. I tried all solutions I found on google from changing dns servers (used default/cloudflare/google/quad9), changed mtu (from 1500 to 1473 and then to 1450), opened ports, changing my router from access point to router mode, connecting directly to the modem, changing from wired connection to WiFi, disabling IPv6, lowering/disabling firewall, restarting modem/router/ps5, unplugging and re-plugging 3 different times and wait for 5 mins/15 mins/30mins, changed ISPs from Xfinity to AT&T fiber, turned on QoS, reserved IP address, and many other but to no avail.

I have been having this issue since the Blackwell map update.

I give up and don’t know what to do anymore. Please for the love of god help this poor soul.
