IIvadymII thank you for trying to connect the PC directly to the modem.
Double check Windows firewall settings are allowing BF6 public and private internet access.
On Windows, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall and confirm Battlefield 6 and your launcher are allowed on Private (and, if needed, Public) networks.
If still having issues then try changing IPv4 and IPv6 DNS server settings to Cloudflare DNS.

If both of these don't help and you still can't connect to BF6 even when the PC is plugged directly into the internet modem. Then it seems likely there's an ISP issue.

I'm not able to help with traceroutes, unfortunately. Again, this is an issue with your ISP since you can connect fine using a VPN or hotspot.
Then why was I able to play the Battlefield 6 beta and all other EA games without any connection issues?

I’m getting tired of spending so much time on the forum reading the same template answers.
So please, give me clear answers to the following questions so I can decide whether to uninstall the game — because playing through a VPN is impossible due to high ping.
1️.Why can I connect to absolutely every other game — including other EA titles — except Battlefield 6? 2️.You keep mentioning possible issues with my ISP. Let me say this one last time: there are no issues with my connection and never have been. It has always been stable and static (public). I’ve already sent my traceroute results to the support manager — maybe someone from your technical or network team could review them and identify where the issue is? I still haven’t received any reply. 3️. I’ve contacted EA Support several times about this issue, but my case was never even registered. Why?

Is your Steam ID different than your EA ID? If so, you could try editing your Steam ID so that it matches your EA ID. I've seen some others with a similar issue resolve being able to connect.
Normally, when you can connect over a hotspot, the ISP/equipment is the issue. You're cutting out your normal network at that point. It's possible there is something on their end blocking access to BF6. Please give me a direct answer to my three questions. This is not a serious approach from your side. The issue is still not resolved.
