Connection Timeout and Network Failure Issue While Playing Battlefield 6

Hello EA Support, I would like to report a recurring issue I am experiencing while playing Battlefield 6. Before the First Season update, including during the beta and the initial launch period, the game was very stable on my system. However, after the First Season update was released, I started encountering a serious and consistent problem. Sometimes the game disconnects in less than 5 minutes, and other times it disconnects within 30 minutes of gameplay. When the issue occurs, I receive a “Connection Timed Out” message. After closing the game and returning to the desktop, my PC loses internet connection completely. I suspect the anti-cheat software might be causing a network failure, because the only way to restore the internet is to restart the PC. After rebooting, the internet works normally again, but once I launch the game, it disconnects shortly afterward with the same problem. This issue happens repeatedly and makes the game unplayable. My system specifications are: Intel i7-10700K, ASUS Z490-F Gaming motherboard, 32GB RAM, RTX 3070 Ti GPU, Creative AE-7 sound card. Could you please investigate this issue? Thank you.
