BF6 keeps crashing – DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (AMD RX 7900 GRE)
Hey,
I'm experiencing repeated crashes in BF6 with the error "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG – The GPU will not respond to more commands."
My setup:
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE
- Driver: AMD Adrenalin 26.5.2 (latest)
- Fresh Windows install
What I've already tried:
- Clean Windows reinstall
- Latest AMD drivers installed
- Shader cache cleared
- All AMD Adrenalin overlay features disabled (Anti-Lag, Boost, Enhanced Sync, etc.)
- TDR Delay increased to 8 seconds via registry
Nothing has fixed it so far. The crash happens repeatedly during gameplay. This seems to be a driver or game-side issue since the hardware is fine and the system is completely fresh.
Is anyone else experiencing this with AMD cards? Any fix from the dev side incoming? Ive seen many posts now and some videos on youtube with potential fixes but nothing works.
