Connection to game servers is very unstable after latest update

In nearly every match since the update, I will begin lagging like crazy after about 10 minutes: the camera start spinning and the character becomes disconnected from the camera, so my arms start rotating around the camera. It's gotten me killed so many times and I can't figure out what's going on. I turned on the Network Graphs and nothing is out of the ordinary, my internet is working just fine. I've tested my connection to other games and they all work flawlessly.
