Xbox suddenly refuses to connect to EA online. Other games ok. What’s going on?

This is THE WORST support that I have ever received. I buy a new Xbox Series S to play this game with my grandson and 3 weeks in I can’t connect to the BF Servers. Other games are OK, but BF 6 won’t connect. No advice, no support, just a waste of money.

Community ManagerHello. Apologies for the late response. I was out for the holiday yesterday. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
- Plug in your modem/router and restart your PS4
Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
