Conned to try and get cash.

Through the mailbox IN GAME, (that’s important to remember), there was a link to be able to buy season 4 battle pass & pro for 1100 and 500 coins respectively. I clicked on the battle pass and used saved coins from previous seasons and the acquired animation flashed on screen. However, when I went to buy pro for an additional 500 coins, the price had changed from 500 coins to £21.99 CASH. I’ve been through the live chat debacle and was told to chase PlayStation for a refund. I DID NOT buy this through PlayStation, I bought it using coins accrued from previous seasons. Can I just have the pro version, as advertised, for the 500 battlecoins? Images attached from video recording.
