Sorry to hear that you didn’t see the Battle Pass activated right away as expected.
Have you already tried all of the steps in our troubleshooting guide?
Also, regarding being unable to contact EA Support through chat, could you share a bit more detail about what happens when you try?

i did tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide.
I have a open case: Case #250353351 waiter 3 hours and didn't get help from the live chat. as a closed the browser, the case updated to 'Player Unavailable' and can't get any help.
i have proof of purchase on steam, attached in the case mentioned above. do i need to attach that image here? - EA_LunardustCat6 days ago

Did you get to the point where one of our advisors actually joined the live chat and spoke with you?
Your browser should normally show an estimated wait time while you’re waiting. You should also receive an email notification when an advisor reaches out to you.
You can prepare proof of purchase in advance, but since this is related to an in-game purchase, our advisor will still need to check the account.

nobody joined the chat.
estimated wait time was 15min and i stay there like 3 hours. is there another way i can contact support?

Live chat is usually the best option for this kind of account or purchase-related issue, so I’d recommend trying the live chat again when you can.
You can also try using the webform as an alternative.
