I've it already. Conquest , 32 players per team and AI Backfill. But it doesnt start if i'm alone
On the teams setting I have -
Bot Spawn Type - Backfill
Faction - Map Default
Human Player per team - 32 (this was the one causing me issues until i put it on 32)
the next 3 are greyed out for me(bot count, gen max game size & number of teams (2))
then its just soldier options. Other than that im not sure, was only the human player per team that was causing an issue for me. I had a look through the portal maker and i cant see anything else that would affect it.
