Consistent severe packet loss every game since Hagental update.

I've played the game for 347 hours, a large portion of those hours were completely packet loss free.

Around the Hagental base update, I started getting packet loss almost every game, it's now a rarity to have a packet loss free game. It's with the red icon indicating severe. It makes me crash while playing jet, makes me miss flares as heli, loses air fights, loses gun fights when on the ground, overall it makes the game **bleep** to play. 

I have 1gb download 550 MB upload speed, I have no latency, consistent below 40 ping, always around 35 or 38. My PC is 7800X3D 32GB RAM and 9070 XT.

Why is this a thing now after some update and how do I fix this, I already tried  resetting router etc. It's also Bf6 specific.
